Our newest therapist, Ava Marvin, created an amazing Thanksgiving-inspired intervention for our adolescent clients that we just had to share with you! Using the song Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande - Ava created a fill-in-the-blanks songwriting activity for emotional expression and discussing thankfulness during this holiday-filled time of year.
